Northern Virginia loan limits have increased for areas that exceed 115% of the local median home values. Loan limits for conventional conforming loans are up from $453,100 to $484,350. Jumbo conventional loan limit in high cost area like Northern Virginia will now be $726,525 or 150% of $484,350.
